We established Mindshift because we saw too many projects drained by rigid methods, results out of focus and little insight into the enormous power of understanding human behaviour. We knew there was a better way.

Mindshift delivers change projects for customers in public and privat sectors - everything from digital transformation, sharing and use of data and developing segmentation models based on behavioural data to upskilling employees, helping municipalities streamline processes for better integration of refugees and changing littering behaviour among the public. What they all have in common is solutions discovered by combining smart use of technology with a deep understanding of human behaviour.

All employees are specialists within data science, data engineering, IT-architecture of behaviour science - or they have management experience and know what it takes to spur change.
